Newsletter:

• 11x17 paper is folded booklet style into an eight-page publication.
• Folded and sealed for mailing.
• Bulk mailing postage - no return service.
• Address reporting is available after each mailing.

The Done For You Client-Centered Newsletter is available for members in the United States. 

Pricing: USA $1.23 per newsletter.

Members in Canada can download the newsletter and send it to a printer of their choice.

You must have a minimum of 50 contacts in myClients with complete mailing addresses.

Can I mail more than 50? You can! As long as you meet the 50 newsletter minimum, we would be glad to send as many as you like. 

• The credit card you provided in the newsletter dashboard will be billed.
• A copy of your Newsletter and a Contact list will be sent to the mailing house for preparation.
• A note will be applied to each contact in myClients:

Your By Referral Only writing team carefully curates each month's newsletter for you. It's dynamic, month-specific, and never repeats!

The Automatic Newsletter Program merges your profile information into each newsletter for you. Your clients will consistently and predictably receive your newsletter - you and your contact information will be top of mind along with the engaging and fun content.

The first time you enroll in the Done For You Automatic Newsletter the credit card you provide will be billed at the time you click to submit your order. 

Future newsletter orders are automatically processed on the 1st of the month. Your credit card will be billed on the 1st of each month unless you choose to skip that mailing or opt-out of the program.  

Use the Newsletter Dashboard to set up your first newsletter and view future mailings.

To get to the Newsletter Dashboard, click Done for You Mailings in the Quick Links Section of the By Referral Only Website. 

Next, choose the Newsletter Dashboard.

The Done For You page will give you lots of information about how the Done For You Automatic program works.

The Newsletter Dashboard gives you access to customization options:

• Edit Special Message
• Box 1: Quiz Question
• Box 2: Welcome New Clients
• Upload Custom Page

The Edit Deadline is the 10th of each month - make changes by the edit deadline and your customized content will be sent out instead of the Standard Newsletter Content for that month.

You can customize every newsletter or only one per year - the frequency is up to you!

The Done For You newsletter Dashboard does allow for intermittent newsletter mailings.

Use the steps below to remove the monthly automatic mailings and send them at your own frequency.

No, the newsletters are automatically processed on the 11th of the month. Your flagged contacts are exported and no further changes can be made to that month's mailing. 

Changes made in myClients after the process date will be reflected on your next newsletter mailing. 

The contact's First Name, Last Name, and address are always included in your contact's address. When filled on the contact card, the Other First Name and Other Last Name will be used.  

If the "include in address" box is checked, the company will be included in the address line as well.
