ALREADY ENROLLED:

If you are already enrolled in the D4U Newsletter, moving to quarterly mailing frequency is easy!

1. Go to the D4U Newsletter Wizard. Check the "Change to Quarterly Mailings" box

2. Once checked your wizard will update - letting you know that you've been moved to quarterly mailings & the frequency the Newsletters will go out.

*You do not have the ability to skip a newsletter with quarterly mailings

NOT ENROLLED:

Go to the D4U Newsletter Wizard on the By Referral Only site

Step 1: Fill out your Mail Merge Information.

This is the information that will appear on your Newsletter

At the bottom, select your mailing frequency - Quarterly or Monthly.

*Mailing frequency defaults to monthly if nothing is selected

Step 2: Select your Special Message. Click the drop down to see the different options.

Step 3: Preview your Newsletter

Step 4: Review your contacts

Step 5: Confirmation page
