Personal and Professional are the two categories that seem to overlap, don't sweat it. Choose the one that makes the most sense to you and to your clients. Once you "pick a lane" try to be consistent going forward, and you'll be just fine. 

QUICK GUIDE:

Personal Care category holds services designed for the person/body. ex: retail stores, nutrition shops, masseuse, hair or nail salon, boutique, gift store. 

Professional care category holds services for the person's "life as a business" needs. ex: attorney, CPA, surveyor, doctor, limo driver. 

RULE OF THUMB: 

if it's a lifestyle thing that's fun = Personal Care
if it's serious = Professional Care 

Don't make yourself crazy over the organization of each service. Most users will be searching for their specific need in that moment, they won't read the website like a book. Users will use the site like a recipe book and search for their needed service. 

You can Hide the Service Record in the 5-Star Dashboard, or you can remove the 5StarRC flag from the contact record in myClients. 

Subcategories are visible only when there is a service record attached to them. If the subcategory is used by only one Service Record, simply choose a different subcategory for that service, and the unused subcategory will disappear. If the subcategory is used by many services, update each service record to the alternate subcategory.
