You might want to keep a contact record in the database, but be sure not to mail them anything else.
Open the contact record & click Edit Contact.
Check 'Inactive: (Don't add to ClientTouch)' at the bottom of the contact record.
TIP: To keep track of Inactive Contacts, use a flag!
There is one pre-loaded into your myClients CRM named "Status: Deactivated". Be sure to assign it to every person you checkmark as Inactive.
