You can customize how your contacts are organized in myClients in Settings
Click the Settings icon in the toolbar.
We'll use the following to customize your myClients CRM.
- Custom Fields
Note: You have two category lists - Categories and Custom Category. This allows you to further organize your contacts.
Categories are helpful when needing to apply a general label that is mutually exclusive. For example, the following categories are pre-loaded for you. Advocates
There are 3 default categories, Advocate (Top 150), Aspiring Advocates and Everyone Else.
A contact can only be part of one category at a time.
