If you're using Outlook.com, Outlook on the web, the desktop application, or the mobile app, there are a few different ways you can insert a custom email signature:
How to add a signature in Outlook.com
Click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner and select 'View all Outlook settings':
Click on Accounts, then Signatures:
Click on '+New Signature, then name your Signature in the field below:
Design your Signature in the dialogue box:
- Choose your Signature name (the one you just created) from the drop-down, and click save:
