Personal Contact vs Professional Contacts
If you presently use myClients as your CRM you might be adding the 5-Star flag to all the "Business Advocates" you can think of. This is great! Getting your group together is the first step in your 5-Star organization process.
After identifying your group, look through the list a second time and determine if the information saved on the contact card is appropriate to display on a website - for the world to see.
Let's say you are close friends with an attorney and you intend to add them to 5-Star. Right now, their spouse's information is saved on the contact card, their home address and cell phone number are also saved. You need to create a new contact card using only the professional information that they want to share on 5-Star website.
Here's an example of a Personal Contact Card that has been transitioned to a Professional Contact Card.

Remember, after creating the Professional Contact Card take the 5StarRC flag off the personal contact card.
