What is a 5-Star Service Record?
A Service Record is any contact card with the 5StarRC flag.
When a contact card has the 5StarRC flag the Service Record appears in the 5-Star Dashboard.
Adding the 5StarRC flag to a contact does not publish to the 5-Star website immediately. This allows you to flag contacts, organize and update the contact information and when you're ready, use the dashboard to publish the Service Records to your live website.
5-Star Service Records
myClients Fields:
The 5Star Referral Center works seamlessly with your 5Star RC Flagged clients in myClients. Parts of the 5-Star Service record are stored in myClients.
- Primary First and Last Name. The Other Name is not used with 5-Star.
- Primary Email
- Company Name
- Address
- Phone - up to 4 phone numbers and the note can be populated.
The fields pictured above are the only fields that appear in your 5Star Dashboard and website.
The following fields do not show in 5Star:
- Category, Category 2 and custom fields are not used.
- The "Include in address" checkbox is not required.
- Brief note and any notes on the contact record.
