Fun Day Monday Action Steps

The monthly Fun Day Monday email will be sent for you on either the first or second Monday of the month. 

About one week before your Fun Day Monday you will receive an FYI email from us  reminding you of your your Fun Day Monday date and the quiz question. 

You want to personally respond to each participant whom enters the contest to thank them for playing and let them know you will be selecting and announcing your winner later that week.  

Send your responses by replying in your normal email inbox - you won't do this in myClients. 

We provide the following scripts as a guide, but be sure to add something personal. Use this opportunity to connect with your contacts.

When they enter and have the correct answer:

Yes (Name), you are right! Good luck –I/we will do the drawing later this week and the lucky winner will get a $25 Gift Card to Amazon.  If you have a friend or Family member who may want to participate as well, feel free to forward them the original email.

When they enter and have the incorrect answer:

Hi (Name), I/we got your answer and know that you really meant to say (correct answer). I/we changed it for you so you are now eligible to win. ;)

Good luck!  I/we will do the drawing later this week and the lucky winner will get a $25 Gift Card to Amazon.  If you have a friend or family member who may want to participate as well, feel free to forward them the original email.

The following Friday is the best day to choose and announce your winner. You will get a reminder email from us so you won't forget.  

Select your winner any way you want - put names in a bowl, have your grand-kid choose a name, have a client pick a name out of the bowl. Get as creative as you like! 

Use the Fun Day Monday Winner Email template in myClients to announce your winner.  A new one is set up for you each month, just add your winner name and send the email! 

 You will send this as an email blast to everyone who is flagged for the Fun Day Monday program.
