Steps below will show you how to add a flag to individual contacts and how to apply a flag to a group of contacts using ClientTouch.
Adding a flag to a single contact.
From your MyClients Home: Click Contacts
Select the contact you wish to flag
Example: Amy Elliot
Select the flags you wish to add to Amy's contact record and SAVE
Your flags are now shown in Amy's contact record
Adding a Flag to a group of contacts
Once you have a group of contacts you wish to work with, add them to ClientTouch
Click: Group Edit
Use the Flags section to Add, Remove, or Clear/Reset the Flags for this Workgoup
We are going to ADD a flag
Click: Add Flag
Select the flag you wish to add to this group. We are going to add the 7E - Launch Email Flag
Click: Apply Changes
Click: Yes, Confirm Group Edit
Make a selection depending on what you want to do next.
We are going to Return to ClientTouch Menu so we can view the flag we just applied.
You can view your new flag in ClientTouch
Once back in the main ClientTouch menu, click on the Add Contacts tab.
This is a good way to see the total number of contacts you have flagged for each flag.
You can see that the 7E - Launch Email flag was applied to all 11 contacts in our workgroup.
You can also see that there is only one other flag being used (7E - Fun Day Monday) and that only one contact is currently flagged for this campaign.
