When editing or adding extensions, you are able to set up Actions that are associated with that Extension. These are called Intelligent Actions.
When a caller selects an extension, you can create a new contact if one doesn't already exist with the same phone number, assign a Flag or run an Action Set.
Log in to myClients, click myVoice and choose the Extensions tab. Create a new extension or edit an existing one.

To create a new contact if one does not exist, select the option and add the First and Last Name that you would like to use to identify these contacts.

Tailor this name to your campaign. For this example, we're using the Getting Listings Neighborhood name for the first name, Mayberry. Getting Listings is used for the last name to identify the campaign in use.
You might also use the listing address: First Name - 123 Hickory St. Last Name - Listing
When added to the system, the name will contain a number at the end of the last name. These contacts will be numbered to prevent duplicate contacts.

To add a Flag to the caller's contact record, select the option and select the Flag you want to add from the drop-down.

To run an Action Set for a contact, select the option and use the drop-down to select which Action Set you want to trigger.

We recommend checking the "Apply only once per contact" box. If someone calls in multiple times on the same extension, this ensures the contact will not receive duplicate emails or to-do items.
