The Featured Friday Email system is a "set it and forget it" email campaign.
Each week, A Featured service provider's video will be included in an email sent to your contacts.
The reader clicks the video in the email and your 5-Star Service Center opens to that Service Provider's page.
Clicking the video directs the reader to your 5-Star Center.

1. Add Flag
Add this flag to identify the contacts that will receive your Featured Friday emails.

2. Flag Contacts
Apply the flag to all the contacts that should receive the Featured Friday Email. There are many ways to flag contacts in myClients. For additional information check out How To Flag Contacts for the Done For You Client Newsletter and use the 5StarRC Email Drip flag.
Be sure to add the flag to your contact record so you can see the Featured Friday Emails!
5-Star Record Setup:
1. Mark As Featured
Only Services that are set as Featured = Yes will be included in the Featured Friday email campaign. You need to select Yes on each Service Record that should be included.
On the Service Record, scroll to find the Featured dropdown and choose Yes.
Remember the Featured Friday email uses a video. Only service providers with video will be included in the Featured Friday email campaign. Contacts who are set as Featured in the dashboard, but do not have a video will be automatically skipped by the system.
The Friday after completing the steps above your first email will be sent out!
A note will be automatically added to the myClients contact record to let you know that Service Record was Featured.
The system will automatically send Featured Friday emails each week. After all Featured Emails are sent, the system will start again at the beginning of your Featured list.
Any new Featured Services will be prioritized first.
