Discover how to configure your myClients Action Set to automatically repeat on an annual basis. This feature is especially valuable for occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or other yearly events. **Keep in mind that Action Sets repeat from the time they are applied to a contact.

1. To set up your Action Set to repeat yearly, you'll need to add two Flow Control rules: "Pause for Set Duration" & "Restart Action Set"
From your myClients homepage: Navigate to Automation > Action Sets
2. Editing Your Action Set:
Locate the Action Set you want to edit from the list.
Click on the name to start making your changes.
*You can also download an Action Set template from our "Samples" area or create your own using "Add Action Set" (Buttons located on the top right).
3. Adding a New Step:
Click "Add Step" at the bottom of the Action Set.
4. Adding Pause for Set Duration:
Within the Flow Control section, select the step "Pause For Set Duration".
Important: Repeating Action Sets require a "Pause Until" step to work properly.
5. Setting the Duration:
Using the drop-down menu, select "Years".
6. Adding Another Step:
Click "Add Step" again.
7. Restarting the Action Set:
Within the Flow Control section, select "Restart Action Set".
8. Review your changes:
You'll see the two Flow Control rules reflected at the bottom. Your Action Set changes are automatically saved and ready for use!
