This campaign will deploy a multi-channel marketing strategy to make it easy for the homeowners you already know to ask the one question that has secretly been on their mind: “How much MORE is my home really worth now?”
Strategy: Get your message out to prospects/clients curious about finding out what their home value is RIGHT NOW in this changing market – in MULTIPLE formats.
Action: Invite homeowners to schedule a meeting so you can discuss the current value of their home. The best part is… you can do this via ZOOM, phone or in person.
Goal: To be the trusted consultant who will guide, lead and protect them when they choose to buy or sell.

**Before setup call - Members must have their cleaned group ready to go. Ideally, we want this to be their Top 150. If they are unsure - the best groups are 7E or D4U Flags, Sphere Flag, Past Client, or Advocate Category.
This is what we call a Complete Communication. You send a text before a phone call to get their attention and talk to them when they’re available and willing. You speak with them on the phone or via Zoom, you send a follow-up text, and then you write and mail a notecard.

ELEVATION TEXT MESSAGE:
Name, I’d love to tell you a quick story about your neighbors. Can you talk for 5 minutes?
DURING THE LIVE CONVERSATION:
Share a story about a neighbor who recently sold.
- Time on market
- Number of offers
- Sale price & be sure to emphasize if it’s above asking
Talk about the seller’s power to control the process and how easily sellers are getting more than money; they are asking for (and getting) extra time to live in the house, and some are even getting inspections waived.
Ask them these questions:
- Do you know how much MORE your home is worth today?
- What amount of money, if offered, would cause you to move? And if they have a number, where would they go? If there is no number, leave them feeling good
- If this current situation continues, what’s your best-case scenario?
Consultant: “With home prices increasing at this current rate, it is more important than ever to have someone, like me, on your team who will monitor these trends and always look out for your best interest. I’m here for you and the people you care about. You can count on me.”
SEND THE POSTCARD
The postcard is VERY important because it gets something physical in their hands. It’s more memorable to get a physical card and know that you will be seen.
Text message about postcard: Name, when you see a bright yellow postcard from me, please read the quick story and then share it with a friend, family member or colleague who needs to hear about the hot summer seller’s market. Thanks – talk soon. (Your Name)
SEND THE EMAIL
Emails are fast and easy but you can get lost in the seas of someone’s inbox, however, direct links to take action are very beneficial. So, as you can see, sending this campaign in multimedia ways is the KEY to its success. Meet potential clients where they want to be met by contacting them in multiple ways.
