Question: Many of my adds to 5 Star were already in my BRO CRM. I've noticed that those have now been duplicated. What do I do about this?
Answer: What you're seeing is normal. "Duplicate" records are created by adding your Business Advocates to 5-Star. In myClients, they will be flagged with ONLY the 5-Star flag and this allows you to manage your 5-Star group as a different group than your personal contacts. Because of this, they aren't a "duplicate" rather you now have an additional Professional Contact Card for that business advocate.
