Thanksgiving Day Pie Giveaway

Event marketing for your clients is one of the most important strategies in your after unit. The thanksgiving Pie Give Away is a complete sequence of emails, direct mail postcards and a “request to take action” message on the pie box.

This relationship building allows you to celebrate your shared values during the thanksgiving season.

Using each component of this strategy you simultaneously build rapport with your tribe of past clients, friends and family while giving them an easy opportunity to share their experience of working with you.

GETTING READY

Schedule Remodel Time to study and implement this strategy. This part is essential. You must determine the date you want to send your first email/postcard and the date you want to send your second email to follow up and your final 3rd email to say thank you. We strongly suggest that you put this in your calendar to ensure your success.

Go to myClients>Email Templates (located at the bottom left of the action center in the middle of the myClients homepage)

Subject - I Have A Free Thanksgiving Day Pie For You 

Jesse, 

Because I want to celebrate Thanksgiving Day with you, I have a delicious pie as a gift for you and your family. I'm ordering your pie this week so please tell me what kind you want for your Thanksgiving Day dessert. 

Your choices are: Pumpkin Pie or Apple Pie 

Simply reply now and I’ll place your order. You can pick up your pie at my office 2343 Lamb Dr., Evergreen Park on Wednesday, Nov. 24th between 9am and 6pm. 

I’m really excited to share the Thanksgiving Day holiday with you!

Email #3 - Day After Thanksgiving (Go to email templates>samples>BRO Program - Thanksgiving Pie 3 of 3) In the body of this email you'll also see an "insert link" in red. This link should be your link to your Yelp page. If your client has already given you a Yelp review just change this email to a Thank you acknowledgement email.
