An email blast is any email sent to a group of contacts. The Email Blast report displays the statistics for any email blast sent in myClients.

1. In myClients click the reports (pie chart) icon

2. Click Email Blasts

3. Find the Email Blast you want to review
Click on the Analytics Icon next to that blast.

4. Email Blast Analytics Report
To view all of your contacts whom performed a specific action (opens, opt-outs etc) click on the binoculars next to that section.
Bounces: emails that were not deliverable due to some error.
Spam Reports: emails that were flagged as Spam
Opt-Outs: contacts that have changed their permission status and can no longer receive email from you (this happens automatically. You don't have to worry about remembering to remove thier email address or flags.)
Opens: Tracks the total number of times your email has been opened (even multiple times by the same contact).
Unique Opens: Tracks the number of Individuals whom have opened your email.
Click-Thrus: Tracks the number of times a link within your email has been clicked or followed (if there is one).

5. View this group in either Client Touch or your Contact List
