We have created a follow-up to-do plan for the 30-60-90 day touchpoints for you in myClients.
Click "Settings" under Action Sets.
Click "To-Do Plans."
Click "Samples" followed by "Celebrating the Transaction."
You are now ready to add this to do plan to an individual contact. From any contact card, click "To-Do List" followed by "Select a To-Do Plan" and finally selecting "Celebrating the Transaction."
Choose a date.
You will see the scheduled To-Dos for this contact.
